Please use our new file uploader in the app – currently in beta. The new uploader will allow you to rearrange the files and insert them in the order they are arranged. See a demo below.

Unfortunately files cannot be uploaded in the order you select them with the current upload area. It’s still something we need to find a solution for…we are limited on what we can do with the Google Apps Script environment.
Multiple files can be inserted in alphabetical order if you want that.
Another workaround is sorting the columns by date in your Sheet after the files are inserted.
