FileDrop Updates Week 8: Airtable Integration, Export to Excel & More

For the last couple of weeks and further we will work more on integrating FileDrop with multiple tools, as needed by our users. The releasing of the APIs was crucial for this as it allows us to develop easier these new tools.

If you want to request an integration please reach out.

File Request Pages – Airtable Integration

With the Airtable integration you can export the submissions automatically to an Airtable base. The integration allows for just some or all the fields data to be sent to your base. Learn more here.

Better design for the responses page

You can preview the data in the responses from the main page when visiting the specific form responses. The columns of data change based on the form fields.

Responses Excel Export

You can export the submissions of the Page to Excel with a click of a button, this is for each Page responses, or per email address. Exporting per email address will group the responses per Page with the links to the responses as well.

File Manager Filters

Sort and filter the files you receive from users, filter by date and email address.

Sign in with Microsoft account

We are starting to integrate with the MS Office suite better. We already have the Google Drive and Google Sheets integration that is used a lot by our users and we think this is going to be succesful among users as well.
