Three things people ask
What counts as a response?
One client submitting one form, however many files they attach — up to 100 files, up to 1 GB each. A client who uploads twelve documents in one go uses one response, not twelve.
Is the price per person or per account?
Per user. Business+ is $39 a month per user, and Max is $69 a month per user. Sheets Pro is licensed per person too, because it runs inside each user's own Google account.
What happens when I finish a project and stop needing it?
Cancel and your links, forms and files stay live and readable for 90 days on the free plan. Come back for the next project and everything is where you left it. Most of our customers work in bursts and we would rather you return than start over.
Can I switch plans or change my billing cycle later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts or notice periods. You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing whenever it suits you, and the change applies from your next billing date.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is cut off mid-task. We will email you when you are close to a limit, and you can top up or move to a higher tier whenever you are ready — there is no surprise overage charge.
Do all five tools share one plan, or do I pay for each separately?
One plan. Forms, PDF sharing, Tables, Sheets automations, and the Workspace add-on are all included in every plan — you are not paying per tool, and nothing extra unlocks a tool you didn't have before.
Is Sheets Pro included in my plan, or is it a separate purchase?
Sheets Pro is a separate add-on for Google Sheets and Drive. It stacks on top of any plan above, including Free — it is not included automatically, and buying it does not replace or change your plan.
