Tables is a visual database: every row carries an image plus the columns you define. Below is the actual schema for twenty-five of them — directories, registers, catalogs and listings — plus what OCR fills in for you.
Every table below is drawn as its column list. Chips are tinted by what the column does, and the one with a solid edge is the column the view is grouped by.
Media columns. The image column is what the gallery view renders.
Free text, short or long.
Fixed choices. Any of these can group the view.
Clickable on the shared page, not just text.
Sortable values.
A row per person, an image column for the face, and one select column to group by. Every email and phone cell is clickable on the shared page.
Registers live or die on data entry. Point OCR at an asset tag or a device label and the serial number column fills itself.
Catalogs are the gallery view doing what it is best at: a picture per row, grouped by category, embedded wherever buyers already are.
Public-facing tables. Full-text search runs across every field on the share page, so visitors find a row without you building a search UI.
Switch on table sync for any form and every submission lands as a row. The form does structured intake, the table does the visual output, and nobody copies anything across.
OCR runs on any image or file column and writes what it reads into the other columns. No competitor runs it inside the database itself.
