What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with FileDrop. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues, we can even create new features if needed for free. If we can’t find a solution, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase—no hassle.

We don’t refund purchases for testing pro features, or purchasing by mistake, or using over 5% of plans usage.
