Please login to your account in the web app and click the License link from the top menu and you can cancel the subscription from there.
Alternatives:
1. To cancel your subscription via the add-on, click to open the Add-on and wait for the Your Subscription link to appear, sometimes it may take a few seconds.
From there you can manage your subscription details to modify the subscription.
