With the Folder File Monitor function you can monitor folders for new files that are added to a Google Drive folder. All the files detected will be automatically added to the Google Sheet.

The monitor runs every hour, and currently you can monitor only 15 folders at a time. We are working on this to allow an unlimited number of folders plus multiple scan options.
To start the Folder File Monitor open the FileDrop addon and click on the Tools menu> Plus Tools.
Here, select the Folder File Monitor tab.
Enter the folder id you want to monitor and click Start Monitoring. You will receive a confirmation message.
If any files are in the folder these will be listed in your current Google Sheet.
The Google Sheet where you started the process will be updated when new files are detected.
